Typically, these homes are in need of some type of repair, ranging from minor cosmetic repairs to complete renovation and sometimes tear down.

A large percentage of our homes are sold "as-is", and significantly below market value to investors. The purchasing investor will then rehab the home and resell it at full market value or rent it for cash flow.

Almost all properties require cash, equity lines, or hard money to purchase due to the condition of the home, or the time frame to close we are dealing with.

Being on our Wholesale Property Buyers list is free of charge and it will give you first shot at these undervalued properties as they become available.
